BANKRUPTCY

IN THREE EASY STEPS

STEP 1 - FREE CONSULTATION

This is your counsultation with Bankruptcy Attorney Marty Courson. Yes, I am a REAL lawyer who has been practicing bankruptcy law since 1996. Truth is, if you are reading this, you are probably a good candidate for bankruptcy. I rarely get a call from someone who is rolling in $100 bills. I promise a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of each and every case. I want you to save all of your assets and to get rid of all the debt that you can. The consultation is the time to figure out what is possible.

STEP 2 -
THE NITTY GRITTY PAPERWORK AND DETAILED INTERVIEW

Ahh, the paperwork. If you decide to move forward, I will have you pay an initial payment of $750 toward the total amount due, provide the last 6 months of payroll earnings statements, the last two years of tax returns, your most recent bank statements, and your most recent credit card statements and collection letters. I will also conduct a more detailed interview of your particulars (assets, expenses) for the preparation of your bankruptcy documents.

IF YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO MOVE FORWARD, STEPS 1 & 2 CAN OFTEN BE DONE DURING THE SAME MEETING.

STEP 3 -
REVIEW AND SIGN

Once your bankruptcy papers are prepared, you have paid any balance due, and reviewed and signed your paperwork, your case is filed electronically with the Bankruptcy Court. As soon as creditors get notice of your case, ALL COLLECTION ACTIVITY MUST CEASE!
